M3 Companies
M3 Companies was founded in 1983 by Arizona real estate leaders Bill Brownlee and Jeff Davis, who forged their distinct areas of expertise into a long-lasting partnership which now includes consummate real estate business expert, W. Scott Schirmer.
Bill Brownlee, a real estate visionary for over two decades, is one of M3 Companies' managing partners, responsible for contract negotiations with property owners, pro forma and feasibility analyses, equity and financing, land and community planning, entitlements, engineering and development, as well as legal and accounting.
Jeff Davis brings more than twenty years' experience as a licensed residential and commercial building contractor and real estate broker to his role as a managing partner. Handling entitlements, marketing, sales of homesites and parcels, contract negotiations with property owners, community covenants' and homeowner associations' design guidelines; he also oversees club management for M3 Companies and is one of Prescott, Arizona's most diligent historical preservation advocates.
Scott Schirmer began working in real estate in the late 1960s, acquiring, syndicating, financing, developing, managing and brokering real estate in Arizona, California, Idaho, Illinois, Oklahoma and Utah, after earning a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a master's in Finance from Arizona State University. In addition to his role as a managing partner for M3 Companies, in which he oversees investor relations, financing and equity capital, Schirmer is president of Schirmer Ball Company and CEO of SMDI Company.
